Are you an experienced 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Level 5 Qualified Registered Manager looking for a new challenge?
We currently require a Manager to oversee a new service for a small 2 bedded home in Stoke.
We are also recruiting duel registered managers for a number of homes we are looking to register in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and Newcastle under Lyme.
You will be supported by a very experienced Responsible individual with 20 years + sector experience to build your own team (to include two Deputy Managers) providing therapeutic, trauma informed care to vulnerable young people. Staff will have access to full-time psychotherapists and have access to weekly clinical supervisions.
Bonus structure related to OFSTED outcomes not occupancy and additional bonuses.
You will need an excellent understanding of The Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and associated guidance and legislation. The organisation will continue to expand, growing their own future leaders including Service/Regional Managers. To arrange an informal discussion
