💷 Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (Basic) + Uncapped Bonus
🗓 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

What We're Looking For

Construction/Refurbishment Experience: Ideally in roles like Project Manager, Estimator, or Quantity Surveyor
Industry Know-How: Understanding of building services and trade workflows
Commercial Focus: Confident with quoting, cost control, and client revenue management
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills across all stakeholders
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft 365

Composed Under Pressure: Calm, focused, and resourceful when challenges arise

Ownership Mentality: A proactive self-starter with a passion for performance
