We are looking for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineers who are interested in developing their careers within Industrial Refrigeration.

This role is ideal for engineers with strong refrigeration fundamentals (CO₂, HFC, supermarket packs, cold rooms, etc.) who want to move into working with large-scale industrial systems such as ammonia and glycol plants used in food production, cold storage, and manufacturing.

Full training and mentoring will be provided to help you transition into industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair industrial refrigeration systems

*

Work on ammonia, glycol, and large chilled water systems (training provided if required)

*

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

*

Fault finding and diagnostics on industrial plant

*

Work on compressors, pumps, condensers, evaporators, and control systems

*

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

*

Complete service documentation and reports

*

Participate in on-call rota
