ARC is proud to represent a reputable and long-standing contractor who is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a project based in Spalding. This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate, offering long-term career prospects.

✅ What We're Looking For:

We're on the lookout for a proactive and dependable Site Manager who can lead with confidence. The ideal candidate will have:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

CSCS card

First Aid at Work

Solid experience in residential construction

Strong organisational and communication skills

Role Overview:

You'll take ownership of the site, managing daily operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and keeping the project on track to deadlines and quality expectations.
