Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Team Leader for a Local Authority Client in Warwickshire.

In this role, you will lead the ASB service and team to deliver effective solutions that support safer communities.

Duties:

• Lead and support a team of ASB Officers to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service
• Manage complex anti-social behaviour cases, including investigations and court action
• Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies to reduce anti-social behaviour
• Monitor performance, ensure compliance with policy and drive continuous service improvement

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

• Managing complex anti-social behaviour cases in a housing or local authority setting
• Leading and supervising a team effectively
• Working with Police and multi-agency partners
• Preparing cases for legal action and court proceedings

What's on offer:

Salary: £26ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 5-6 months minimum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
