With a commitment to innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service, we are looking for a talented Operations Manager to lead our production team and drive operational excellence.

Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations across our CNC machining facility. You will ensure production targets are met, workflows run smoothly, and quality standards remain consistently high. This position requires strong leadership, technical understanding of CNC processes, and the ability to optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage daily operations across CNC machining, inspection, scheduling, and dispatch

* Develop and implement efficient production processes to maximize output and reduce downtime

* Oversee workforce planning, training, and performance management

* Ensure compliance with ISO and industry-specific quality standards

* Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure all machines and tools are in peak condition

* Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and senior management to meet customer requirements

* Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for leadership

* Support continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and cost-saving strategies

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment

About You

* Proven experience in operations management within a CNC or precision engineering environment

* Strong understanding of CNC machining methods, tooling, programming, and workflow

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

* Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or similar methodologies

* Competent with production planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and data analysis

* Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
