The Role

As a Cost Estimator specialising in project cost control, you will undertake cost planning during the development and design phases of major infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include developing accurate 3-point estimates, supporting risk assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

Proven experience in cost planning, estimating, and quantity surveying, especially within civil engineering, M&E, or building projects.
Extensive knowledge of cost analysis, benchmarking, and risk management processes.
A professional qualification in cost planning or quantity surveying, ideally recognised by RICS or equivalent.
