Commercial Manager - Commercial Fit-Out
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE

A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual delivery of Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial projects. You will manage cost control, procurement, valuations, variations and client reporting across fast-paced office fit-out schemes, working closely with Tier 1 main contractors.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within a fit-out contractor

• Strong background across Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects

• Experience delivering D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishments

• Must have worked directly with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)

• Strong commercial acumen, contract knowledge and stakeholder management skills

• Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable)
