As a Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the housing association adheres to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing and ensuring compliance with housing regulations and standards.
Conducting regular audits and preparing reports to identify and address potential compliance issues.
Oversee adherence to housing regulations and standards, including areas such as heating servicing programs, asbestos management, water safety hygiene, and fire alarm testing.

Skills / Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in a compliance role within the housing sector, with a strong understanding of housing regulations and standards.
Familiarity with compliance areas such as heating systems, asbestos management, water safety, and fire safety protocols.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
