Position: Senior Security Service Engineer
Location: Buckinghamshire / Surrounding Areas (covering London projects)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic + travel time + benefits

The Role:
As a Senior Service Engineer, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of enterprise-class security systems. You'll be working on prestigious commercial projects, ensuring systems are performing optimally and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and maintain advanced security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intruder)

*

Work with leading platforms including CCURE, Lenel, Genetec, and Milestone

*

Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently

*

Provide technical support and advice to clients

*

Ensure work is completed to the highest standards and within SLA

Experience Required:

*

Proven background in servicing enterprise-level integrated systems

*

Experience with CCURE, Lenel, Genetec, Milestone (certifications highly desirable)

*

Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

*

Full UK driving licence
