Summary of Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Care & Support department based in Cardiff.

Support co-ordinators to deliver effective services by performing all payroll functions, dealing with general enquiries, ensuring the office has adequate stationary material

On-site GymMain Responsibilities:

To work with the policies and procedures of ND Care and Support Services paying special attention to the policies which promote a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
Ensure the appropriate systems are put in place for the effective management of administration
Ensure that these systems run effectively and are adhered to by all staff in the department
To enter and update information on the database
Manage confidential information, ensuring protection guidelines are adhered to
Ensure the confidential documentation is always stored appropriately
Ensure the compliance is adhered to
Process payroll on a weekly basis, chase time sheets and deal with pay queries
Manage the invoicing process on a weekly basis
Undertake recruitment related administrative duties including, confirmation letters, welcome packs, and initial stages of registration
Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner, promoting a positive image of ND Care and Support services
Ensure that all service user and staff information is kept up to date on the database and On Call Phone
Ensure service users and key stakeholders receive a positive customer service experience
Ensure you support the quality assurance process
Ensure the availability of important documents
Deal with Reception area of general queries/walk in enquiries
Provide general administrative support to the department
Manage the booking and confirmation process for training eventsIdeal Candidate

Previous experience in a administrative setting
Numerate
Communication skills - written and verbal
IT Literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
Experience/capability of working in a demanding environment
Attention to detail
Organisational skills
Ability to relate to several different customers, internal and external facing
