Reeson Education is looking for experienced Early Years Practitioners to work on a daily supply basis across nurseries and primary school early years settings in Waltham Forest. This is the perfect opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner who wants flexibility while still working regular shifts in high-quality EYFS environments.

Schools and nurseries across Walthamstow, Leyton and Chingford are seeking a confident Early Years Practitioner with strong EYFS knowledge, excellent communication skills and a nurturing, child-centred approach. Daily supply gives an Early Years Practitioner the chance to choose their working days while building relationships with a range of local settings.

Early Years Practitioner - Role Details

Pay: £82.14-£100 per day

Start: ASAP

Contract: Daily supply / flexible cover

Location: Waltham Forest

Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare required

Duties of an Early Years Practitioner

Supporting children aged 2-5 with early learning, play and routines

Assisting with phonics, early number skills, storytelling and outdoor learning

Following the EYFS framework to support children's development

Ensuring safe, nurturing and stimulating environments

Adapting quickly to new nurseries or schools and fitting into teams

Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner

Experience in an EYFS or nursery setting is essential

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

Confident supporting speech, language and early social skills

Warm, patient and playful approach

Flexibility for short-notice bookings
