Salary: £13.46 per hour

Role: Warehouse Administrator x3

Location: Milton Keynes

Rate: £13.46ph for all hours worked (average of 42 hours per week 2 on 2 off 3 on / 2 off 2 on 3 off)

Shifts: 6am-6pm / 6pm - 6am 12 hour shifts

Duration will be at least until January so they have coverage through peak.

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team and play a vital role in achieving the business goals of our Packaging division, which produces corrugated packaging solutions for a range of customers in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Electronics and Industrial sectors.

Health & Safety is our number one priority and therefore you will be accountable for your own health and the health and safety of others, operating in line with safe systems of work (SSOW) and company procedures, immediately raising any unsafe acts with those concerned and reporting health and safety incidents to management, to ultimately help create a safe working environment for all.


You will be responsible for booking vehicles, providing liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring queries are expedited without delay, scrutinise all paperwork returned by warehouse staff for accuracy, highlighting mistakes and resolving administrative issues at the time. You will ensure accurate and efficient record keeping, paperwork handling and filing in relation to unloading, reloading and recording of goods Account for cash and cheque handling from domestic carriers. Ensure release notes are issued in accordance with warehouse procedures Create management reports as and when required. Apply best practice for all procurement processes in conjunction with warehouse procedures. You will also provide out of hours Customer Service support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, as required.
