We are looking for a hands-on Systems Analyst to join a fast-paced and collaborative business systems team. This role is a great opportunity to step into a position where you will introduce structured analysis and documentation into system projects, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sales, B2B Commerce, and Warehousing.

The Role -

• Act as the first point of analysis for new system initiatives, gathering requirements and mapping processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and shape solutions before development or configuration begins.
• Introduce lightweight analysis discipline into projects while maintaining fast-moving delivery.
• Support and optimize ERP and other business systems, including B2B ecommerce and warehouse platforms.
• Create clear documentation, workflows, and reporting to improve system adoption and efficiency.

The Requirements -

• Hands-on experience with business systems, ERP, or technical support roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather and document requirements clearly.
• Comfortable working in a pragmatic, fast-paced environment.
• SQL or reporting experience is a bonus, along with exposure to ecommerce, warehouse, or distribution systems.
