We are working with a small family run business on the outskirts of Warminster who are seeking a customer service administrator to join their friendly team.

This role is very much a customer focused role where you will be liaising with customers on a daily basis and providing first class customer support.

You will be someone who enjoys customer interaction, someone who has excellent communication skills and have previous experience within an office environment providing customer support.

You main duties will include the following:

* Processing of customer sale orders on the system.

* Answering any telephone and email queries and providing first class support to customers.

* Preparing and sending out product samples.

* Managing any product queries from customers both via telephone and email.

* Liaising with suppliers in regards to any stock issues.

* Keeping track of product delivery and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

* Processing invoices and managing any invoice queries.

* Updating the website and other administrative tasks to support the office.

We are looking for someone with a proven background within a office environment providing customer support to customers, someone who is pro-active and able to multi task working within a small but busy office.

You must also have good IT skills, someone who is organised with good attention to detail and happy to go the extra mile for their customers.

This role is working 32 hours per week over 5 days working 11:30am - 17:30pm and due to the company location you would need your own transport
