Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a love for Early Years education? We're recruiting on behalf of a truly special village school that offers a nurturing, values-driven environment just outside Shefford and is looking for someone just like you!

About the Role:

This is a fantastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant opportunity to make a real impact in a vibrant, mixed Nursery and Reception class. You'll work closely with a dedicated class teacher and wider support team to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Your role will involve:

Supporting child-led and play-based learning
Leading small group sessions
Providing pastoral care and promoting inclusion
Encouraging curiosity and development across all areas

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Has a strong understanding of Early Years practice
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is warm, caring, and able to build trusting relationships with young children
Is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and safeguarding
