Location: St Albans

Salary: £40-45,000

A well-established, design-focused architecture practice based in St Albans is seeking a talented Architect to join its growing team. Known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and low staff turnover, the studio works across all RIBA stages with a strong portfolio in residential and mixed-use projects.

This role offers the chance to work on thoughtfully designed schemes from concept through to delivery, with support for continued development and progression. The team is approachable, supportive, and committed to mentoring, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their experience within a nurturing environment.

Key requirements:

• ARB registered Architect with UK-based experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Indesign

• Strong design and technical ability across all project stages

• Experience in residential or mixed-use projects preferred

• Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
