Registered Nurse | RGN or RMN | £19.80 per hour | Night Shifts, Full-Time

What You’ll Need:

• Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
• Experience working in a nursing home or elderly care setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge around dementia care
• Confident communication and leadership skills
• A person-centred, empathetic approach to care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medication, and provide clinical interventions as needed
• Lead and support care staff on shift, ensuring effective communication and teamwork
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all safeguarding, regulatory, and CQC standards
• Promote a calm, respectful night-time routine for residents
• Respond swiftly and sensitively to changing needs during the night
