Days - Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)

Overview

This role is responsible for leading the transformation from compliance-driven quality practices to a capability-led culture. The focus is on prevention, process improvement, and embedding quality into product and process design while ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the transition to a proactive, capability-focused quality culture

Develop and implement quality strategies centered on prevention and continuous improvement

Define, monitor, and analyze quality KPIs to measure capability, trends, and external performance

Collaborate with operations, engineering, and R&D to integrate quality into design and processes

Manage inspection plans aligned with regulatory and product specifications

Oversee complaints handling, concessions, and non-conformance resolution

Facilitate root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives

Coach and train teams on best practices, Lean Six Sigma, and quality techniques

Support Operational Excellence initiatives to enhance process efficiency and compliance

Skills & Experience

Degree in Engineering or Chemistry

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; expert in SPC, FMEA, and process improvement tools

Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments (polymers preferred)
