Quality Inspector

A manufacturing business supplying high-precision components to the semiconductor sector is seeking a Quality Inspector to carry out detailed inspections and ensure all products meet strict engineering and quality standards prior to shipment.The position involves working with CMM equipment and a range of calibrated mechanical measuring tools to verify the accuracy and conformity of machined parts within a production environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final inspection and quality checks on manufactured components

• Inspect incoming materials and in-process parts against engineering drawings and specifications

• Use CMM systems and manual measuring tools such as vernier callipers, height gauges and Go/No-Go gauges

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to confirm product quality

• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation and reports

• Identify non-conforming items and route them for rework when necessary

• Escalate quality issues or anomalies to the relevant quality lead

• Support clean-room packing and component cleaning when required

• Follow all health & safety and quality procedure

We're looking for candidates with minimum of 2 years experience within a Quality Inspection / Final Inspection role within a manufacturing environment, with experience using manual measuring instruments (vernier callipers, height gauges, surface roughness gauges, etc.). Apply today!
