This role will be based at Trafford Park working 4days on site and 1 day from home.
This role will be working for a well known manufacturing business, supporting a team of HR professionals, covering all aspects of HR, and implementing projects into the business as part of the long-term growth plans. This is a brand new role to join the team!

The role:
·Employee relations - Coaching and supporting management through a wide range of ER to include performance, disciplinary, grievance & absence etc
·On boarding - Managing the pre-onboarding for new starters and upkeep of th hR systems with the support of a hR Administrator
·Recruitment - Manage weekly recruitment - adverts, CV review, organising interviews, feedback
·Ad hoc HR project work supporting People lead.
·be a HR lead in internal Comms
·Training co-ordination, upskilling of management
·MI reporting for senior leaders on HR metrics
 
The candidate:
·CIPD level 5 or above essential (or working towards)
·Previous experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, or other blue collar environments
·Previous experience as a HR Advisor essential, in particular managing ER cases.
