A dynamic and collaborative consultancy in Leeds is looking to bring in an ambitious Project Manager to support a growing workload across commercial and mixed-use schemes. The Project Manager will play a vital role in delivering high-profile developments across Yorkshire. This is an ideal role for a Project Manager who enjoys autonomy while working in a team-oriented culture.
The appointed Project Manager will be trusted to liaise directly with clients, lead design team meetings and ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement processes, drafting reports, contract admin and chairing meetings. Strong report writing and communication skills are essential.

Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy

Construction-related degree

Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS/APM/MCIOB)

Experience in JCT/NEC contract administration
