You'll be the face of the business, trusted to:

• Drive and load 3.5-tonne vehicles safely and efficiently
• Lead your team on-site, ensuring every customer feels looked after
• Take ownership of each move from start to finish
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain the highest safety standards
• Keep customers informed, calm, and confident throughout their moving day

This isn't just shifting boxes. It's about understanding that moving day is stressful for people, and you're there to make it easier.

Non-negotiables:

• Valid UK driving licence for 3.5-tonne vehicles
• Proven experience in a similar hands-on role
• Physical fitness and stamina – this work keeps you moving
• A genuine commitment to customer service

£30/35,000+ starting salary (based on experience)

• Fixed contract averaging 44 hours per week
• 6-day working week with 2 Saturdays off per month
