You'll work in a warm, inclusive 3-bed residential home for children aged 8-18. Your job: lead shifts, guide staff, and make sure every child feels safe, supported, and heard.
Shifts:

7:30-20:00
9:30-21:30
Sleep-ins: 22:00-10:30 next day ? 2-week rolling rota with every 2nd weekend offWhat You'll Do

Lead care planning & risk assessments
Attend reviews, court work & professional meetings
Supervise staff & ensure high-quality care
Champion best practices & registration standardsWhat We're Looking For

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience leading shifts in a care setting
Creative problem-solver
Skilled in building tailored care plans
