Design Manager - Residential Developer | Canary Wharf | Immediate Start

We're currently seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a well-established residential developer based in Canary Wharf. This is an immediate requirement, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-rise residential developments in one of London's most dynamic areas.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Design Manager with a residential developer or main contractor

- Proven experience delivering residential tower block / high-rise residential projects

- Strong coordination skills across consultants, architects, and contractors

- Ability to manage the design process from pre-construction through delivery
