Hours of work:
* Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
* Friday: 07:30 - 13:30 (early finish!)
Salary & bonuses:
* £13.00 per hour starting rate
* Increase to £15.00 per hour after 12 weeks - or as early as week 2 depending on performance
* £25 per week attendance bonus after 12 weeks
* £100 refer a friend scheme after 12 weeks

Main duties:
* Using a roller to spread resin onto sheets and moulds
* Soaking fibreglass in resin and moulding around products
* Quality checking finished items
* Working on the same station for most of your shift, with occasional rotation
Requirements:
* Previous long-term work history is essential
* Manufacturing or production experience is essential
* Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks
* Able to work in an environment with a strong chemical smell (experienced during job trial)
