Night Receptionist - Sutton Coldfield

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Receptionist to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England's leading Hotel and Resort. We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for...golf. We have an exciting year ahead at The Belfry, continuing with our extensive refurbishment and expansion and then hosting The British Masters in August 2024.

The reception team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort make it their number one priority to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests arriving and departing at the Resort. The reception team possess excellent customer service skills and identify opportunities to excel on customer experiences. No task will be too big or small when it comes to our guests needs.

Salary

The on-target earning potential for this role is 11.48 - 12.04 per hour, compromising of a base hourly rate of 10.88 - 11.44 plus a qualified estimate of 0.60 gratuities per hour.

About the role

This role is on a zero-hours contract, you will be working overnight shifts, from 10 pm until 6:30 am.

As a Receptionist for The Belfry Hotel & Resort you will make it your number one priority to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests arriving and leaving the resort. No task is too big or small when it comes to our guests' needs.

As a Receptionist it will be your role to:

  • Ensure the efficient running of reception on a daily basis
  • Register guests into the hotel and check them out, deposit valuables into
  • Issue guests keys ensuring that the hotel policy is adhered to
  • Provide excellent guest service, resolving problems when they arise and identifying opportunities to make guests' experiences memorable and enjoyable

About you

  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences to each and every guest
  • Experience working in a hotel would be preferred but is not necessary
  • Experience working with Opera is preferred but not essential
