SUMMARY

Our client based in Guildford, who design, deliver and develop business communications are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team. You will be providing Administrative support to the Sales Team processing and monitoring sales orders. Completing sales tenders, quotations and proposals. Assisting Account Managers with all day to day duties, appointment bookings and telephone liaison, so a varied and interesting position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Support and assist your designated Account Managers / Directors (salespeople)

* Provide customers and prospects with an additional point of communication in addition to the designated account managers

* Helping with the creation and despatch of customer facing and internal documentation, reports and proposals

* Assisting with processing orders, using Sage

* Acting as the interface between sales people, suppliers, internal staff and customers

* Undertaking follow up calls with a designated list of customers

* Maintaining correct information in the companies CRM system, paying special attention to maintenance contracts upkeep in CRM

* Pre-Sales tracking, as well as updating CRM and uploading information to Huddle

* Updating and maintaining customer folders on Huddle, ensuring all maintenance contracts are uploaded and current

* Part of a group answering main incoming calls and emails/chat through Ignite and AMI

* Effectively follow up customers and work with Field Sales and Channel Teams to develop business as required

* Follow up leads from various sources in an efficient and expedient manner as detailed in the follow up process

* Keep abreast of latest product technology and the Telecoms industry

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

* Attention to detail

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Understand of CRM systems and Sage ideal

* Experience in a similar role useful
