Residential Solicitor

In this Residential Solicitor role, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters within a busy and well-structured environment. You will work closely with colleagues and clients, using case management systems to ensure transactions progress efficiently and smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and ensuring compliance with regulations

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Residential Conveyancer
• Proven experience managing your own caseload of property transactions
• Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercial property experience is desirable but not essential
