Description
- Lead and oversee all corporate tax compliance processes within the not-for-profit sector.
- Provide strategic tax advisory services to support organisational goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated financial and tax solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and policies, ensuring the organisation remains compliant.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Director should have:
- Proven expertise in corporate tax.
- A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough understanding of tax legislation and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
