M&E and Construction Site Manager | Commissioning experience | NEBOSH, SMSTS, First Aid | £350 - £400/day | Inside IR35 | Slough | This role is inside IR35 - so you will be working through an Umbrella company | Initial contract period is 6 months.

We need an experienced Site Manager with a background in M&E and Construction to work on a large Hospital refit project (£6 million plus). You'll be responsible for the safety and security of the site, plus the commissioning work. You will have proven experience in retrofitting plant rooms and boiler rooms and you'll also ensure the site follows their HSE policies, procedures and best practices and that all documentation stays up to date

As well as the above the client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can engage with stakeholders all levels.

• Site Manager M&E / Construction
• Plantroom refits - and Commissioning experience
• Quality, Safety, and Progress inspections
• Status reporting to the PM and Senior Stakeholders
• NEBOSH, SMSTS, First Aid
