Release Manager

Location: Woking, Surrey

Hybrid (Woking, 3 Days/Week)

£50,000- £55,000 DOE

Pyramid is looking for a Release Manager to join one of our fintech clients in Woking. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in coordinating secure, reliable, and compliant software releases across multiple teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You'll Do:

* Own the release calendar, roadmap, and readiness processes

* Coordinate deployments across cloud/hybrid environments

* Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR

* Drive CI/CD adoption and release automation

* Facilitate stakeholder communication and retrospectives

What You'll Bring:

* 4+ years in release or software delivery management

* Strong CI/CD and cloud experience (Azure preferred)

* Agile/DevOps mindset with excellent coordination skills

* Regulatory experience in fintech, payments, or risk systems

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver
