We are working on behalf of a leading civil engineering construction company that is looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join their team in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for school leavers (post-A Levels) or recent graduates who are eager to kickstart a long-term career in the construction industry.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure across key operational departments—Plant Coordination and Buying—providing you with a strong foundation in how the business supports and delivers major infrastructure and groundworks projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting the Plant team in coordinating equipment, tools, and machinery across live sites.

Supporting the Buying department with supplier engagement, materials procurement, and order processing.

Learning how internal processes support efficient construction delivery on-site.

*

Working closely with experienced professionals and receiving ongoing training and mentorship.

Developing your skills in communication, organisation, and commercial awareness.
