We're partnering with a thriving Food Manufacturing business in South Lincolnshire that's created a brand new SHE Manager role.
Building almost from scratch, with real authority and genuine senior backing.

Whether you're already at Manager level or you're a SHE Advisor or Lead ready to take that next step, this is the role to grow into and make your own.
What you'll be doing:

Leading the full SHE agenda across site - owning it.
Partnering with the SLT to shape and deliver strategy
Driving risk management, investigations, and meaningful root cause analysis
Building practical policies and systems people actually use
Creating training that changes behaviour, not just ticks boxes
Using data and KPIs to spot trends and drive continuous improvement
Coaching and growing SHE capability across the wider team
What you'll bring:

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), or actively working towards it
A background in FMCG, food, or fast-paced manufacturing
