Seeking a Registered Nurse with a friendly and caring approach, to join an exciting team in a care home based in Jarrow. Our client is a family run organisation who offer General Residential, Short Term Respite, Dementia and Nursing Care. provide excellent care and personalised care plans to each resident living within their care homes. The ability to offer this level of care is due to ensuring staff are well trained and well supported throughout all tasks.

Essential Requirements
Candidates will have a naturally caring approach and a passion for helping people maintain their dignity.
Superb clinical skills as well as commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and to continuing your professional development.
First rate clinical leadership skills as well as the desire to guide and act as mentor to colleagues.
A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature as well as the belief in giving your best at all times.

Role Responsibilities
Set high standards of professional practice in line with the NMC guidelines within the care home.
Accept responsibility in a professional manner and act in a professional way according to professional accountability.
Must be forward thinking, anticipating events happening at all times as much as possible.
Be fully aware of Policies and Procedures and to adhere to them at all times.
Ensure that all responsibilities have been carried out prior to ending a shift of work and that issues have been clearly logged on the computer and relevant documentation.
The Nurse must know how to access up to date information regarding the role.
Required to take responsibility to secure, sustain and promote the reputation of the Home for the benefit of the Residents.
