Deputy Nursery Manager – Croydon – Up to £42,500

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional to step into a senior leadership role within a nursery group that combines a warm, family-run feel with a real focus on quality childcare and education. The setting places strong emphasis on team culture, child development and working closely with parents.

 

The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintain high standards across the setting and help lead a positive, committed staff team. This role would suit an existing Deputy Manager or Third in Charge who is ready to step up into broader operational responsibility.

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) is essential.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) or above
