Deputy Nursery Manager – Croydon – Up to £42,500

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional to step into a senior leadership role within a nursery group that combines a warm, family-run feel with a real focus on quality childcare and education. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintain high standards across the setting and help lead a positive, committed staff team. This role would suit an existing Deputy Manager or Third in Charge who is ready to step up into broader operational responsibility.

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) or above
