Your Schedule
- Evenings only: 5pm-11pm, Monday to Friday
- Breaks: Choose between one 30-minute break or two 15-minute breaks (unpaid)
- Bank Holidays: Required to work (paid at double time)
What You'll Be DoingAs an Out of Hours Operative, you'll be:
- Handling inbound calls from customers requiring urgent repairs
- Logging repair requests and coordinating with on-call technicians
- Ensuring swift and accurate communication between customers and field teams
- Providing empathetic, solution-focused service during critical hours

- 29 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day per year up to 33 days after 4 years
