The Company

Our client is a leading stone manufacturer and provide the best quality of product and service to commercial, retail and trade customers. They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy sales team and provide Administration support to their team of Account Managers.

The Role

Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service

Raising purchase orders

First point of call over the phone

Provide Administration support to the Account Managers in the sales team

Managing the enquiries inbox and directing customers to the correct person

Providing administrative support to maintain and improve procedures in tracking and progressing sales enquiries from initial enquiry through to order placement

The Candidate

Previous Administration experience

Previous customer service experience

Professional telephone manner

Good IT skills
