We are a fast-growing Worcestershire-based commercial property consultancy looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our commercial property portfolio while delivering excellent customer service.

The Role:

* Carry out regular property inspections and prepare reports

* Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and suppliers

* Respond to tenant queries promptly and professionally

* Assist with service charge budgets, financial reports, lease renewals and rent reviews

* Maintain property management software (Re-Leased) and accurate records

* Support compliance tasks including health and safety regulations

About You:

* Commercial property management experience preferred (strong residential background considered)

* Knowledge of lease agreements and tenant relations

* Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

* Confident communicator with a proactive approach

* Willingness to learn and develop within a growing business
