The opportunity:

To work across an iconic building in the West End of London, as a Shift Leader, managing a small team of Building Services Engineers on a 4on/4off 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am shift rota.

As a Shift Leader your responsibilities will include the following:

To Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.

Support the contract requirements as High Voltage and Low Voltage Authorised person providing switching schedules, planned and reactive support to all electrical systems.

Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and adhered to for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices

Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.

We are looking for a Shift Leader who has the following skills and qualifications:

City & Guilds Level 2 standard or above in either Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC

Experience in working as a lead engineer/shift leader

At least 3 years in Building Services or Facilities Management
