We are currently working with a range of mainstream secondary schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, who are looking for Teaching Assistants to support students with SEND on both short-term and long-term supply basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in supportive school environments, making a real difference to pupils who need additional support to thrive.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND within a mainstream classroom
- Support students with needs such as autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Support behaviour management in a calm and consistent manner

- Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school setting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
- Ability to support learning across a range of abilities
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
