The successful candidate will be working from 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday for a company that has been established for over 25 years based in Grantham.
As a customer service advisor you will perform the following tasks:
• Handling enquiries
• Answering high volumes of incoming calls
• Offering customers products and services
• Performing administrative functions
• Updating client accounts
• Processing customer orders and correspondence
