We are looking for four experienced Electronics Assembly Technicians to join a busy electronic engineering company in Rugby. This is a skilled, hands-on role working with precision electronic products so not suitable for students, graduates or domestic electricians.

What you'll be doing:

• Precision soldering to a high standard (IPC/J-STD preferred)
• Wiring looms and units from technical drawings
• Handling and assembling PCBs
• Building and fitting chillers and cooling systems
• Working as part of a team to strict quality standards

What we're looking for:

• Proven background in electronic assembly (ideally from a production or engineering environment)
• Strong soldering and wiring skills so able to work accurately and neatly
• Experience reading and following technical drawings
• Reliable, detail focused and quality driven
