Demolition Supervisor - Liverpool Bay (Talacre)

Contract | Outside IR35 | Start October 2025

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a world leader in engineering and construction for the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The Role

As Demolition Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site demolition activities, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UK regulations. You'll play a key role in delivering safe demolition procedures and supervising the implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee all demolition operations on-site

Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, RAMS, and agreed methods of work

Guarantee safe demolition practices at all times

Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring standards are upheld

What We're Looking For

5-10 year's experience in a similar supervisory role within the UK

Strong background in mechanical or civil engineering, with demolition or construction experience

Proven track record in managing on-site safety and compliance

Must reside in the UK with full, permanent right-to-work (no sponsorship available)
