The Recruitment Co are actively seeking 5 x Customer Service Representatives to work at a prestigious Client based in Caerphilly.

About the role:

You will be first point of contact for ALL calls coming into the call centre, candidates will be redirecting calls to relevant teams and supporting both internal & external customers. Looking for candidates with strong customer service both written and verbally, Microsoft office experience is required. Will consider school / college leavers but must be able to demonstrate customer service skills.
Two of the Roles will be for Pro-Active Purchase Order Chasing, so actively contacting customers where the PO is nearing end of life and requesting a new one
Training will last up to 4 weeks (2 weeks classroom based, and 2 weeks job shadowing)
Hours of work consist of 3 shifts - 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm totalling 37.5h/week
This is a 6 month assignment with possibility to extend
The role will be office based
Pay rate £10.16 PH
Interview process: max 2 rounds, very quick
Some CS experience would be great but not mandatory, if you are open and eager to learn
