RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - NATIVE FRENCH SPEAKING

Location: City of London

Salary: £28K+ DOE, Uncapped Commission

The day-to-day role of a recruitment consultant includes:

• Sourcing candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn
• Taking briefs on client and candidate requirements to make informed choices in matching the two
• Preparing your candidate for interviews and taking feedback from both parties after the interview
• Delivering offers to your candidate and supporting them in deciding on the most suitable job role
• Negotiating salaries and closing the deal
