Management AccountantWigan - Hybrid workingUp to 50k PLUS benefitsOur client, a growing manufacturing business is looking for a Management Accountant to contribute to their  growing company. The role offers a variety of duties and significant responsibility in terms of financial reporting and supporting the strategic direction of the business. It's essential for the successful candidate to have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within set deadlines. Additionally, being able to collaborate effectively with the Finance Director will be crucial for success in this role.The role:
•             Preparation of Management Accounts and supporting reports
•             Preparation of monthly journals
•             Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
•             Liaising with external auditors for the year-end audits
•             Assist with Internal Audits.
•             Assist in the preparation of tax packs to enable the completion of the yearend tax                         computations
•             Preparing monthly VAT returns
•             Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow forecasts.
•             Margin and Variance AnalysisThe ideal candidate:
•             CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified
•             The ability to work under pressure
