Our client is currently seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their team in Essex. This well-respected company is the Uk's leading provider of affordable mixed tenure homes. Operating across 26 regions, they build homes for those who need them right across the UK.

About the role of a Technical Manager

As a Technical Manager you will be responsible to be the technical lead from bid or tender through to completion, investigate existing external wall build up, cladding and types of fire stopping a deliver technical duty through all stages of the project.

Requirements for a Technical Manager

Minimum of 5 years working within the built environment
Worked on remediation schemes
Professional qualification from recognised institution
