As the Clinical Services Manager in Theatres, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategically planning the clinical services and managing the day-to-day operations of the Theatre departments.
- Providing clear direction and leadership to all clinical staff.
- Supporting the hospital's initiatives.
- Working under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
- Deploying, supervising, and teaching staff within the clinical area.
- Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially.
- Preferably a Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
- An understanding of Clinical Governance requirements for the area.
- Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
- Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- Experience in acute nursing care.
