Change Manager – £750/day (Inside IR35)Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and coordinate strategic change initiatives for a global brand, ensuring priorities are implemented smoothly and effectively. This is a senior, client-facing role with significant impact across internal and external stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, translating their strategy into actionable change while understanding and respecting their roadmap
- Lead multiple change initiatives, including portfolio or programme-level management, coordinating several project managers where needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and client contacts, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement, optimise resource utilisation, and manage dependencies across the change portfolio
- Influence teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes, even where you do not have direct line management authority
Skills & Experience:- Client-facing change leadership with account management experience
- Senior change and leadership experience, ideally managing multiple PMs
- Portfolio or programme management experience, handling multiple unconnected projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing without authority, and navigating complex internal and external relationships
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
